CERAMICA MALPESA, S.A., as an integral part of the LA PALOMA group, a leader in the Spanish market for facing bricks and ceramic pavers, carries out its activity focused on delivering products and services of the highest quality with the goal of achieving full customer satisfaction, in addition to complying with applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
To maintain this leadership position, we have defined a Quality System, whose main objectives are:
- Product Quality: Ensuring that deliveries to the customer meet all the expectations and needs they had anticipated, along with the legal and regulatory requirements, both implicit and explicit, that apply to them.
- Service Quality: Ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines, streamlining administrative processes, transportation conditions, and any other factors that affect quality.
The ultimate goal is to meet customer requirements and thereby increase their satisfaction.
These objectives support our company’s reputation, and therefore, they must be continuously improved to enhance the effectiveness of the implemented system.
The management of CERAMICA MALPESA, S.A. ensures that the Quality Policy is well-known, understood, and consistently applied by all staff through proper communication at different levels of the organization. It also evaluates staff involvement during reviews of the Quality System.
The Quality Policy is flexible and may be modified and adapted to new objectives the company may set in the future. Therefore, at least once a year, during the Quality System Review, its validity will be checked to improve its effectiveness.
In addition to the general objectives, specific objectives are defined by management and documented annually in the Quality System Review reports, in order to monitor the progress of the Quality System’s implementation as well as its effectiveness.
The management of CERAMICA MALPESA, S.A. expresses its commitment to this Quality Policy and entrusts the Quality Director with responsibility for managing the Quality System, granting them the necessary authority and resources to carry out this mission.
